Last night I had a DREAM



A dream where tea parties were everywhere




Friends from near and far attended



Magic floated in the air



Wonderful exotic teas were served



Cake was served on golden platters

I enjoyed tea with all of my friends

Happy Birthday Dear Daughter

Today is my daughter's birthday
She turns 24.
How did that happen???


Just yesterday...
I was eagerly awaiting her birth,
watching her learn to walk,
hearing her learn to talk
taking her to preschool, grade school, middle school, high school and college.

OHHHHH I could just go on and on .




I wish I could wrap up all those memories and all her dreams together.



Well I did the best I could,
I made a fabric memory book for her.

It is a collection of fabrics, mementos and my digital art.

What Is Going On At the Farm?

It is the season of wonder


The farm abounds with beauty



The barn is quiet



The doors are open to let all the warmth and sunshine in



I do everything I can to stay out of the office



The stalls are empty while the horses play outside



The wildflowers appear magically



All the foals have been born and are healthy



A few are still a little wet behind the ears



The mares take their new jobs very seriously, well at least for the first couple of weeks
after that the foals tend to gang up with one another and only need mama when they are hungry



The foals think it all fun and games and for this period in their lives they are right
