Think Good Thoughts

I have just said good bye to a man that lived a hundred years
and did a million good deeds.

We Live In Deeds Not Years

My grandfather woke up on Sunday morning
and went to breakfast with a good friend
came home, took a nap and quietly passed
away in the afternoon.

He always told us to
"think good thoughts"
we will.

He was 100?? WOW - totally awesome. Think of the life this man lived. The things he saw change.
How peaceful to go in your sleep I'd think.
I know you are sad and will miss him, but WOW, think of the life he lived.

I just lost my 35 year old son Nov. 11th. A very painful experience for a mom.

I love stopping by your blog. The sundial picture is a beautiful tribute to your grandfather...what a great thing to live 100 years! I'm glad he did not have to suffer in his passing. May you have Christmas joy, if it can not be a merry one this year...
