I stopped baking years ago due to many failures. I think baking rules are just too rigid for me.
Well that is not going to stop me from having cake in the house, with zero calories no less.
In the past I have made entire cakes out of mosaics but they are very time consuming.I decided to do just the slices of a cake.
Usually I "make" not bake in my studio but it doesn't have insulation and this time of year it is too chilly.
So I took over the kitchen in my endeavor.
Instead of flour flying it was mastic.
I thought the entire cake slice made out of mosaics was a little
boring so I decided a bit of mossy would be the "icing on the cake" Sorry I couldn't resist.
My husband just doesn't "GET IT"
Why make a cake you can't eat?????
It's just a "girl thing" I guess.
Enjoy!
